PHOTOGRAPHY

Timeline -  Edited images to be delivered within 5-6 weeks of the last day of shoot

Extra edits - The client can chose upto 50 unedited images from every day of event for extra edits. These are included at no extra charge. Over and above the same, all extra edits will be on chargeable basis.

 

CINEMATOGRAPHY

Timeline - Trailer, Highlights and/or Extended Film to be given within 8-12 weeks from the last day of shoot. (Timeline may extend in case of peak season November - February) 

Minor Edits/Changes - One round of minor changes are included in the cost. Minor changes include
- Shot replacement (on viability of requested change)
- Basic colour correction (exposure, contrast etc)
- Change of background score (upto 10% of the film)

Major Edits/Changes are on a chargeable basis at INR 2000 for every hour spent on changes. Major changes include (and are not limited to)
- Shot replacement – for more than 10% of the run time of the film
- Change of background score – for more than 10% of the film

Note: In case of no revert from the client side for more than 45 days after delivery, all edits shall be considered final

TRAVEL & LOGISTICS (wherever applicable)

- Travel, food and stay arrangements are to be arranged by the client.
- Mode of transport to be airways unless a direct connection is not available to the location.
- Excess weight resulting due to camera equipment to be remunerated on the basis of actuals.
- Stay to be arranged in the same hotel as the event, to avoid on travel delays.
- Two large vehicle to be dedicated to the photography/cinematography team for airport transfers.
- Cinewire cannot be held accountable for delays caused due to unavailability of mode of local transport, in bound or out bound flights, cancellation of flights and equipment loss during transit/travel.
